⚽Sports Games

Sports games here are the pick-up-and-play kind: one rule set, one screen, a match that finishes in a couple of minutes. No seasons, no teams to manage, no career mode.

The interesting part is that they work as two-player games on a single device. One person takes each side of the screen, which turns a browser tab into something you can hand to the person next to you rather than something you play alone.

Against the computer they are a reflex test; against another person they turn into a read on what your opponent does under pressure, which is a different game entirely.
